My experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle could have been better because communication from salesperson wasn’t great. There also appears to have been a fault with the vehicle which the seller either didn’t know or didn’t tell us about.

The experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle was great because the sales man Daud was great with giving me all the information about the car, covers and financing. Daud went above and beyond for me trying to get the best deal for me but also making sure the car was at the highest spec but kept in contact with me and even answering any questions which I may have forgetting to ask in the dealerships
