The experience at Vertu Ford Cheltenham was fantastic because I was shown a variety of cars by Ros initially as my car was booked for an MOT. Unfortunately I didn’t find the right car on the day, however after revisiting 2 weeks later I found a car online myself to which I enquired about as it wasn’t local.
Ros was very helpful from start to finish to ensuring the car was sent down Cheltenham for me to view and test drive in person. There was a few stone chips on the bonnet which I had mentioned and they were rectified upon collecting so I was very happy!
Ros was very patient and answered all the questions I needed to ask.
I would recommend my family and friends as I know they will receive excellent customer service and they will be well looked after.
All staff around site was approachable and would always be willing to help where needed.
It was nice to go into a dealership and feel welcome by all the staff. Hot/Cold drink offered on arrival.
Paperwork was explained thoroughly on the day of collection. Overall I was extremely happy. Would highly recommend.

The experience at Vertu Ford Cheltenham was good because. Since we have purchased the car, we have had some issues with the car that have needed to be rectified. Obviously no-one wants a new to me car to go wrong but sometimes it does happen. It is only when something goes wrong that you really get to find out how good a dealership is. In this instance they have been brilliant, each issue has been dealt with quickly, politely and without quibble. Without a doubt, i am 100% confident that the car will be fixed and returned to us in perfect working order. I am pretty sure that any profit Vertu had made in selling us our car has long gone, which ultimately what they are in business for. Based on the experience we have had, what they have got is a repeat customer and someone that will recommend them to all my friends and family.
