Vertu Ford Bromley were helpful because the salesperson - Carrie-Ann explained everything so well. Where I may have struggled trying to understand things she made it easier for me and explained things in full. Nothing was too much trouble. A really positive experience.

I would not recommend Vertu Ford Bromley because I will have to start paying for a vehicle that I only had for a few days

I would highly recommend Vertu Motors Bromley, and that’s entirely down to the lovely salesman I had, Jones. I had previously experienced awful communication and a really disappointing situation with a faulty car, which left me feeling stressed and let down. However, once I returned the car, Jones was there from the very start to support me. No question was ever too big or too much trouble, and he handled everything with patience and genuine care.
After what I’d been through, Jones really put me at ease and restored my confidence in the dealership. He made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for his professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to Jones for turning my experience around.
