The bike was not clean, the pillion foot pegs were missing, no history provided with the bike. Although there was of someone else’s bike! It had allegedly been through the workshop before collection, no record of what work was carried out. Very disappointed with the follow-up service from the salesman. I will be advising anyone that will listen, NOT to use BMW Motorad Exeter.

My experience at Vertu BMW Motorrad Exeter could have been better because The bike was filthy even though I was told it had been valeted that day, I left the bike and told them to sort it - very unimpressed. The heated seats are not on the bike as standard, the service interval has not been reset, and there is a fault on the bike that it is going back in for that was present when I bought the bike. would I buy a bike from there again. No.
