The staff at Vantage Toyota Scarborough were good because all my questions were clearly answered. Ellie was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. She prepared quotes for the purchase of both new and used cars. all optional extras were explained and there was no pressure to purchase any extras I did not want. My husband and I were introduced to the manager Dave who was also approachable, informative and friendly. On paying the deposit for my car I had changed my mind and decided on an extra. There was no problem and Ellie changed the previously prepared invoice to reflect this change.
On collection of the car several scratches were noted on the bodywork. There was no issue with this and both Ellie and Dave inspected these and apologized that these had been missed during the preparation for collection. I was instructed to book in the car for the removal of these when the relevant worker would be available. This will be completed next week. All in all a stress free pleasant experience. I would recommend Vantage Toyota Scarborough to my family and friends.
