Stafford Audi were helpful because , Samantha has been amazing from the time we walked in she was attentive and wanted to help! This is unlike Audi Wolverhampton which are appalling, customer service is shocking, lack of staff and seems like kids are selling cars ! After being an Audi customer for 15 years I was appalled. We went to Porsche and service was phenomenal! However I loved my Audi , so took the step to try Stafford , if Samantha had not been so amazing we would have gone to Porsche. Samantha is a credit to Audi and you need to look at Wolverhampton as I will never return to that branch again and only recommend Stafford. Well done Sam for restoring our faith in Audi!!!
