I was happy with the service at Snows MercedesBenz Van Centre Exeter because the salesman was helpful, honest, did not give me any sales BS, which is important. They have honoured all the things in the deal and very good to do business with. I have had a sensor go wrong on the van since I bought it, but is no hassle for them to sort it and dealt with it well.

My experience at Snows MercedesBenz Van Centre Exeter could have been better because I have had the vehicle for over a month, it was delivered with a faulty rear camera, it is still not working and although I am told it is in process of a repair being organised I have no idea when and I am fed up of the lack of updates and I feel it is left to me sort it out and chase up the issue. If no progress in next few days I will make an official complaint
