The experience at Snows Mazda Portsmouth was great because friendly all round service.

Snows Mazda Portsmouth staff were good because Rob Sanderson was excellent , my only negative feedback is it felt like a very dated sales model approach . Rob was excellent throughout , although I had to be introduced to another salesman for some reason . Rob then had to keep going to an office whilst negotiating. Why not include me in the 3 way conversation ... such a dated approach not sure if it is meant intimidate .. other than that all good and very pleased with car and follow up from Rob ..
