I recently bought my Mercedes CLA from Sheffield Car Centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease. There was no pushy sales talk or pressure — just genuine, helpful service. As a 23-year-old dressed in all black with a cap, I’m used to being judged or treated with suspicion, but that wasn’t the case here.
The manager welcomed me with total respect and professionalism, which honestly made all the difference. It was refreshing to be treated like a serious buyer without assumptions being made about me. That respectful approach was 100% the deal breaker for me. The process was smooth, the car was exactly as described, and I drove away feeling confident and satisfied.

Having not had much luck with second hand cars in the past I'm always a little cynical when dealing with salesmen and car dealers but I needn't have worried with Kevin and Sheffield Car Centre. From the outset Kevin was easy to deal with, very approachable and happy to answer my questions without being pushy. The car had only just arrived in stock when I enquired and so hadn't been prepped but Kevin was happy for me to see the car and talk me through it's history and the work to be done. Despite not getting to drive the car (something I would normally insist on!) I felt confident and assured the car was the one for me and went ahead. On collection the car looked great, all work completed as agreed and so far I'm really pleased with it. I would happily recommend anyone to buy from Kevin and the team
