I'd suggest RDM Direct ltd to a friend because prepared a car very well before collection, changed tyres, changed oil, also cambelt was changed. Car was perfectly clean and prepared for me.
RDM Direct ltd staff were good because they did not push for the sale, allowed me to test drive the car twice and just generally really helpful without being too pushy

My experience at RDM Direct ltd could have been better - the initial conversation and pre purchase periods were excellent and very supportive but on collection it came over as disinterested and indifferent just about closing the sale and the car had not been valeted to the standard I had expected.
