I'd definitely recommend Park's Toyota St Boswells to friends and family because all the staff are very friendly and make you feel so welcome. Laura who dealt with me was very understanding as to what l was looking for. She was very helpful because lam a tehnophobic and she helped to get me the correct site act for what l need to get my documents from my phone. She took my husband and myself out for a test drive and understood that l would let my husband do it because l would drive the car later on my own. When Laura called me a few days later she was very sympathetic towards me because l had a melt down when l went out in the car because l had had to take my husband with me. Laura told me if l wanted to go back to the garage she would take me out . As lam sure any member of the staff would do. My whole experience was absolutely great and it shows that Parks Toyota train their staff very well. I will definitely be telling my friends about Parks Toyota in the future. Also the staff let us browse for a little while before coming to see if we needed help. I have been in a dealership before where we were hardly over the threshold when someone pounced on us to see if they could help not letting us have a look. ( not a Toyota Dealership ) l cannot thank everyone enough for the help we received on the day we first time we stepped into Park Toyota dealership.
My experience at Park's Toyota St Boswells was memorable because we had excellent service for years from Border Toyota and hope we get the same from Parks. Had a gd few cars from Border Toyota.
Park's Toyota St Boswells were helpful because, firstly, the friendly and knowledgeable nature of the staff who made me feel most welcome. Secondly, the staff weren’t pushy but gave me the space to peruse through their lot unhindered and were on-hand at any time to answer any questions I had. And thirdly, the whole process from the test drive through to the paperwork was stress free and uncomplicated. And in the end I drove home in a beautiful, immaculately clean Toyota which I am utterly delighted with.
