Park's Suzuki Irvine were fantastic because they allowed me to look around without being on back but were there if I wanted to look at anything. I was a so able to collect the car earlier than expected due to my work pattern and they then contacted me to collect the extras I had asked for later in the week. Otherwise I would have be stuck.
The experience at Park's Suzuki Irvine was good because very helpful and professional. Only disappointment was that there were no mats supplied when you purchase and spend a lot off money I think mats should be supplied by the dealer I was disappointed at this.

The staff at Park's Suzuki Irvine were good because they were aware of my needs and helped me identify the car that would meet these. As I required an automatic vehicle, which they did not have at that time the salesman said he would keep a look out for an automatic vehicle that fitted those needs and get in touch. Miller Crawford, a trainee by the way, was true to his word and contacted me by email a few days later offering a test drive in a car that had just came in and he felt would be a good option.
The test drive went well and after a haggle on the price I agreed to purchase the car, an extended warranty and a 3 year service plan. Car was picked up a few days latter and was completely valeted. Miller contacted me a week later to see how we were getting on with the car and stated that he is at the end of the phone if we have any questions. All in all a very satisfying experience from start to finish.
