I was pleased with Park's Hyundai East Kilbride and would recommend them because there is a wide range of vehicles available at different prices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy.
I had a great experience at Park's Hyundai East Kilbride because I felt the salesman understood what I was looking for and interacted well to complete the sale and completed all the details of the sale efficiently and pleasantly to the handover and follow up.
I would not recommend Park's Hyundai East Kilbride because I was unsatisfied with the condition of the vehicle on inspection after the handover.
The valet service was only reasonable. The footpedals were muddy in what should have been a clean car. I had to ask for a few superficial scratcher to be buffed out which should have been noticed before I identified them.
The splash shield on the underside of the car is hanging down because it was not identified during the 100 point inspection that part is missing. The replacement has been ordered and I received an apology, however, how this was missed is unclear.
I am still awaiting a call more than a week later for the repair to be carried out.
I also had the offer of the service plan, which I agreed to, removed during the conclusion of the sale because apparently the team aren't used to service Audi. This is a shame as elements of the process were enjoyable. I am still happy with my car but not with the way that the sale was concluded.
I had a great experience at Park's Hyundai East Kilbride because they had the car we wanted and it was presented very well. Sales people Michael and David very helpful.
