Macfadyen Motors were great because John & Morag explained everything in full , in understanding the vehicle. I was made to feel very welcome, & they both couldn't do enough for me. I arrived as a customer & left as a friend.
I'd definitely recommend Macfadyen Motors because the whole experience with them was brilliant, and a total contrast from a previous bad experience elsewhere which almost put us off independent garages altogether. The communication was great from the start, very clear and open, with all necessary information provided ASAP. Very friendly and genuine people who honestly could not have been more helpful. A very minor issue which arose with the car shortly after delivery was sorted very rapidly with no issue at all. The car is absolutely perfect for us as a family, but if we do ever need a new one, Macfadyen Motors will definitely be the first place we look for another, based on this experience. Would happily recommend to anyone.
