My experience at Lookers Renault Carlisle could have been better because I had reserv d the car for a test drive on the Saturday for a test on Sunday as I had a round trip of 150 miles from my address.The car had not been valeted and there was no one to action it on a Sunday.Because I decided to purchase the car and wanted to drive away as not wishing another 150 round trip I took the car unvaleted ,the leat they could have done in lieu of Valeting was either a £50 discount or a tank of diesel this was not good customer service .

Lookers Renault Carlisle were great because they dealt with me in a straight forward way that was reassuring and gave me confidence in the deal. I left a happy customer.

I'd definitely recommend Lookers Renault Carlisle to friends and family because the salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, there was a huge choice of vehicles and the pricing was competitive

My experience at Lookers Renault Carlisle could have been better if the car did not break down 2 hours of leaving the forecourt and then having to explain to three people what the problem was i can only go by the information giving to me by the R A C it felt if i was the one having to defend myself to what was wrong with the car
