The experience at Lexus Canterbury was great because the sales person Amy was very personable, helpful, organised. She went on holiday in between me reserving the vehicle and collecting it a week later but communicated with me before she left what was scheduled to happen with my car in between and on what days. I was given the contact details of the others that were dealing with my vehicle in the interim period and when I contacted them they were all knowledgeable and up to date as to what was happening - I didn't have to explain myself again. On handover day I was touched to receive flowers and a bottle, which was totally unexpected as I was not purchasing a new Lexus car. The clean was done very well and the car presented beautifully. There were some touch ups that I wanted to be done before handover, and these were all done - one to such a standard that I couldn't even see where the scratch was in the first place. Amy was very patient on handover day when I wanted to go through my checklist of everything before completing the payment. When I reserved the vehicle, I also did not feel I was getting the hard sell, which was very much appreciated as I find that very off-putting.
