The experience at Johnsons Mazda Swindon was great, mainly because of the lovely sales person I dealt with. As a woman it was great to have a female sales representative who not only knew her stuff(as you would expect from someone in car sales ), but who understood what I wanted from the car and was incredibly helpful with everything that I questioned. I particularly liked that my car was given a full tank of petrol on pick up. This is something I have never experienced at some of your competitive dealers, who left me with barely enough petrol to get to the petrol station to fill up. Overall fantastic experience at Johnson’s Mazda and I would thoroughly recommend anybody who was considering purchasing a car. Five stars to Lucille Rose who was brilliant from start to finish and has even helped me resolve a small issue with the car post sale, the after sales service is great!
The experience at Johnsons Mazda Swindon was great because the sales staff were willing to listen to what we needed and then set a out providing all we wanted. We only went into sit in a Mazda 3 and see if we liked it we have a Mazda 5 and a Mazda 2 and they have been very reliable so thought we would try the 2025 Mazda 3 and are very happy with it

Johnsons Mazda Swindon were helpful because when you were there , you weren’t rushed , you were made to feel welcome and they ran to time and explained everything . There was no hard sell which I detest . The salesman kept in touch with me regularly regarding the finance and how it was progressing . He was friendly whilst being professional at all visits to the showroom .
