The experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth was great. I dealt with Norman who is one of the sales team. No hard sell just a friendly, professional, very easy going guy. It was my first experience driving an automatic but Norman made me feel at ease during the test drive. Smooth sales process, with a follow up call to check I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend a visit to Johnson’s if you’re looking for new or used car.
I was happy with the service at Johnsons Ford Tamworth because salesman very upfront about vehicle and costs. The question about a test drive, I couldn't have one in the car I was interested in and finally purchased as it was not on site at the time. As for a test drive I was trading in an earlier model of the same car so I was quite happy going over the newer controls on the new vehicle, which the salesman demonstrated.
