My experience at Hendy Used Eastleigh Villeneuve Way wasn't that great. The car we purchased when handed over was really dirty and gunky. Coffee stains and residue in the cup holders (could easily wipe that away witha damp cloth), gunk in the arm rest, dog hairs on the chairs, it hadn't really been vaccumed thoroughly even though we asked if that could be done. The car isn't that old but the fact it was just really dirty when picking it up made the whole experience of buying a new car from this dealership crap. Had to spend over £200 to get it valeted, deep cleaned.
I was really excited to get this car because I had been spending lots of time looking at various different models before deciding on the one I wanted, watching youtube videos of reviews etc. so we didn't even have that many questions about the car itself for the sales person.
No after-sales car either, said they would follow up in a few days to see how we were getting on and if we had any other questions since getting the car, but no follow up.

If you're buying and you're local, it's probably fine because you can pick it up later on in the day or another day and I would've pushed back and asked them to clean it again and more thoroughly before leaving, but we had a 5-hour round trip and weren't staying overnight or waiting around for them to clean it when it should've been done correctly the first time.

I'd definitely recommend Hendy Used Eastleigh Villeneuve Way because the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and approachable.
