I was pleased with GT Bowers Ltd and would recommend them because the whole experience was brilliant. The car was absolutely excellent, everything about it. I was given space while looking around and test driving to really form my own opinion without being pushed into anything. Most of all the way I was treated by Gavin was lovely, he was a great person and made the whole process very pleasant. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I was happy with the service at GT Bowers Ltd because of the standards of the service. As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions that I felt comfortable asking from the team, whether that was in person during the viewing or over messages/emails: about the past of the car, service history, or just about the general process of the purchase. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make the purchase, I could take my time and my own third-party mechanic for opinions before deciding on anything. Gavin was also really helpful in every step of the purchase and I felt well-informed about the car, he even kindly picked us up from the station when I was going to pick up the car.
GT Bowers Ltd were great because, we purchased the car and had it delivered, we knew each step of the way via what's app and phone conversations , a job well done. Gavin was very courteous.
