GT Automotive Group Ltd were fantastic because from the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole buying process was smooth and the car was already prepped and ready to drive away in just a couple of days.
The staff at GT Automotive Group Ltd were fantastic from the first initial phone call, to going and viewing the vehicle - which I left with same day. The customer service was top notch, the car was exactly as advertised and I got a real drive in during the test drive instead of 2 minutes down the road. They answered all of my questions honestly and I felt really happy to leave that day with my new car! Part ex’d my previous and it was no hassle at all. Fab team and I’ll definitely think of them if I ever fancy changing cars again, cheers!

I would recommend GT Automotive Group Ltd to friends and family because I was happy with the aftercare, however the vehicle has a lot of scratches on it, and need some work doing to make it look better
I would not recommend GT Automotive Group Ltd because I arrived and the car was given to me with dents and scratches on the front and back. I was told these would be repaired but only an offer of paint touch up was given. I’ve now needed to pay for repairs myself from another garage. Not what you expect when you buy a new car. Very pushy for the sale and once paper work had gone through they didn’t want to help with anymore queries.
