I'd definitely recommend Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn to friends and family because staff all very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Chris dealt with my purchase and he was very friendly and professional. On the day of exchanging ownership Chris was out and one of his colleagues took over he was also very friendly and dealt with things in a very professional way

The overall experience from initial point of contact regarding the particular vehicle of interest, was very positive and pleasant. Mr Chris Mohan was very helpful right throughout, with a friendly disposition.

My experience at Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn could have been better because the sales person was nice and helpful before I paid the car. However, when I received a car, I see there are multiple scratches and mark on the car body, also one of the electric rear mirror is unable to fold completely. I tried to contact the sales person several times but I just can’t reach him, after that the operator said he will ask the sales person or the manager to reply me unfortunately I never get their call. I’m still waiting for their call.

The staff at Group 1 Assured Kings Lynn were good because from the very beginning they were professional and friendly.
Chris was absolutely brilliant and I felt at ease throughout the whole process.
