After sales service was poor van had a broken aerial when i took delivery was promised that the part had been ordered and would be treated as a priority, 8 days later service manager contacted me regarding seat covers and knew nothing about the aerial clearly there is a communication problem between the sales department and the service department as this part had not been ordered, this work has now been scheduled for the 20th October, I was planning on taking out a service plan but am having second thoughts after this experience.
The experience at FJ Chalke Van Centre was great because the very professional and you don't have to wait long once you said you want the vehicle. Plenty vehicles in stock.
