My experience at EMG Cambridge Histon Road could have been better because within 24 hours of driving the new car the tyres were low and as soon as I sorted that out then the battery light came on. Next day couldn’t get to work at all - dead as a dodo resulted in ALL day trying to sort it. Very stressful actually getting to work. EMG wanted ME to pay for new battery and I couldn’t so they had to!! A few warning lights have come on and off since I’m the one who has to call EMG for any follow up!!! Highly disappointed and worried as to whether the vehicle was actually checked in the first place and this was in the first week!
