Dudley Motor Company were great because the overall customer service was good. They also bought my old car from me. When the car was delivered I needed to get some paint work done and also a repair to an alloy - I took delivery of the car 2nd of May 2025 and the car was delivered to my house. I then arranged for the car to be collected and the repair and paint work was done at no cost. The car was picked up 15th May and delivered back to me 16th May. There was a small tiny stone chip on the bonnet and they also ordered a touch up paint for me at no cost. Tracey at Dudley Vauxhall came out and did all the deliveries for me. I didn’t buy a brand new car, I bought a mobility used Mokka e with just 4200 miles. I am super happy with my new car. Tracey sourced the car that I wanted and the colour & spec. I would highly recommend Dudley Vauxhall as my local dealership. I had used them previously for Service / MOT on my previous Mokka Automatic. Thankyou Dudley Vauxhall - Paul & Tracey we’re great !
My experience at Dudley Motor Company could have been better if they stood by their word to customers about repairs and not mess around with customers.
I would not recommend Dudley Motor Company because there were alot of things missed with my paperwork that I had to chase myself, with no help from the dealer.
