My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham was cracking because the salesman was straightforward and upfront with our queries.

Friendly service and good communication. Reasonable part exchange price. Unfortunately having to return twice over the following week or so due to the vehicle having mixed tyres which are causing the "low pressure" warning light to continually show. This did happen on the test drive so surprised it wasn't picked up. On the plus side, it is being sorted out this week.
