The experience at Doncaster Van Centre Limited was fantastic because thee staff really was so friendly, she went above and beyond to get the van prepped by a great team in the workshop and we was shocked at how good the condition was when we collected it ! Cracking ssales lady she is a huge assit to the team

I would not recommend Doncaster Van Centre Limited because they gave me a 6 month RAC warranty which was void before they even gave it to me. A main stipulation on the warranty was that the vehicle in question has to have its service full up to date.........the service book only had 1 stamp on a 68 plated vehicle so no warranty. I even phoned them and left voice message which they never replied to......very poor customer service

Thanks for your review, as I have just mentioned in our phonecall although the RAC put that the van needs to be fully serviced to have the warranty thats not the case. As long as we can prove we have serviced, MOT and thoroughly checked the van you are covered. I gave you 6 months instead of the usual 3, you would have been covered for the full 6 months.
The consumer rights act states if you have any issues with your van in the first 6 months of your purchase we have to repair it. We adhere to this to the letter and will always make sure any problems are resolved.
With regards to the message, I'm sorry about that I thought the answerphone was switched off - we never pick up the messages! I will check it again now!

We were interested in a couple of vans for adding to our fleet. Lorraine was really helpful in sorting us the pair of vans we wanted, some light damage was on the vehicles and that was all rectified and repaired.
The process from our first call to discuss the idea of buying a few vehicles. To organising collection was flawless.
