Crewe Audi were great, our sales person Ross Palin was really good from when we initially decided to visit the showroom to look at a Q2 to finalising a great deal for the purchase. Our car was delayed in Germany and therefore the original delivery date was not met, Ross kept us informed every step of the way until the car was finally delivered to the Crewe dealership. Ross went out of his way to organise that our personal number plate was also on the car when we collected. The special unveiling of our new car was a very special touch, purchased many new cars but never had one presented in this way and the bottle of Moet champagne was extra special. We are really happy with our purchase.
My experience at Crewe Audi was memorable because the salesman was a pleasure to deal with, although we had some issues with logins and various messages appearing on the car screen which still were appearing when left the showroom. I had to sort these issues myself, although one message still keeps appearing.
I'd definitely recommend Crewe Audi because they made the process of buying our first brand new car extremely memorable. Hat's off to Ethan our sales representative who was top class.
