I would recommend Coleford Leisure to friends and family because they were so helpful and friendly and not it the slightest bit pushy. Patiently answered all our numerous questions and gave us as much time as we needed. Showed us all the relevant paperwork before we committed, took the time to explain where everything was and how it worked. Even picked us up from the train station on collection day. Very very happy with the vehicle and the customer service
The experience at Coleford Leisure was good because had confidence in discussion with Rikki. We agreed a deal without meeting personally due to the distance. We had a live tour of vehicle via video link. With the warranty offered by the dealership & the extended RAC warranties offered I was happy to confirm the purchase & pay the deposit. All agreed works were completed & a delivery date agreed. We were not asked for Full payment until the day before delivery. The Driver Mike was excellent delivered on time
The experience at Coleford Leisure was great because Mark is very professional and listen to what I was asking for . We had extras added and Mark dealt with these quickly and professionally, Excellent service and would definately use again
Coleford Leisure were helpful because they picked me up from the train station as my wife could not drive me down
