My experience at Chapelhouse Suzuki Warrington could have been better because since I have purchased the vehicle the amber check engine light has come on twice. On the first occasion I had to hire a car at my own expense whilst my car was taken away. I am still waiting to hear about a courtesy car for the second time the light has come one. When I picked the car up after it had been’fixed’ I was left with no petrol despite having brought it back with 1/3 of a tank. I have been promised calls by Tom the covering manager but he has not called. Over all I am very frustrated with the after sales service.
The experience at Chapelhouse Suzuki Warrington was good because the members of staff I dealt with were cheerful, professional and helpful. Thanks to Richard, Callum and Suzie.
