The staff at carmatched.com ltd were exceptional. They were welcoming, extremely informative and literally went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and that the car was safe, clean and up to standard. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, something flagged with the battery (it’s a second hand car things pop up) they looked at it straight away. By the time I got there a new battery had already arrived and they took it to their partner garage round the corner and fitted another part just to be on the safe side. They didn’t have to do that but they wanted to make sure that everything would go smoothly. They’re a family run business and made me feel extremely welcome. I have already recommended them to multiple people. They are honestly fantastic.
