Had bad experience at this place. Lots of sitting around. Sales associate who was assigned to me was very distracted didn’t even offered a glass of water, they were fully aware I had three hour journey to Bristol. Later on saw he was giving water to the customers just after myself.
Keep trying to sell the warranty package which I refused previously. Very disappointed that the such a big car sales company don’t offer warranty which cannot be used locally. One has to go to Bristol to claim if something goes wrong with the car. Very rarely I have seen such warranty. If I was local and didn’t travel this far I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the car.
One positive customer care on phone was excellent.
The staff at Carbase Bristol were good because they were efficient and very helpful. I was exceptionally impressed with Tara who handled the sale of the car to me.
