My experience at BYD Stoke was cracking because our salesman Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all questions asked and nothing was a problem.

BYD Stoke staff were good because they were friendly, professional, not pushy, very knowledgable, communication very good, kept us updated regarding collection of car. When we called for additional technical advice calls were answered promptly and no passing away from dept to dept. Really good service would not hesitate to recommend
