I had a really positive experience with BYD Stoke, and especially with Jared Campbell, who looked after us throughout the whole process.
From my very first enquiry right through to collecting the car, Jared was always friendly, patient, professional and easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout, answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
I had a lot of questions before making such a big decision, particularly as we were buying a used car on finance, and Jared was incredibly patient with me and took the time to explain everything properly. I had contacted several other dealerships beforehand, but BYD Stoke really stood out for their communication and customer service.
What I particularly appreciated was that the service didn’t simply end once we collected the car. Jared contacted me afterwards as well to check that everything was going well and to ask whether I had any questions. We were away for 10 days shortly after collecting it, so we are still getting to know the car, but so far we are very happy with it.
A huge thank you to Jared for making the whole experience so straightforward and positive. I would happily recommend both Jared and BYD Stoke.
BYD Stoke were helpful because the staff guided us through the whole process smoothly. All questions were answered and no misdirection like some other dealerships. We were welcomed warmly and no request was too much hassle. Overall very accommodating and most importantly the sales process was not pushy relaxed and extremely competitive. Dealing with BYD Stoke was a genuinely excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Jarred's drive and enthusiasm shone through. In fact before we even visited the showroom his proactive response to emails convinced me to come and see the car, even though I lived over 40 miles away. (Quite the opposite to my local BYD dealer). He gave me a great deal and PX for my old car. The sales process was seamless and Jarred followed-up with a courtesy call a few days after. Overall a great experience with BYD Stoke, who I would highly recommend- 5 Star Experience.
