I would not recommend Blackburn Audi because
I have sent an email of complaint. Sales transaction was rushed. Poor presentation of the vehicle being purchased, which was an expensive model. No explanation of main functions and charging, as it was my first EV. Main issue was the lack of logbook from previous owner and was taken to 2 post offices to get tax for the car, which we were unable to due to the dealer not being able to locate the previous/current logbook. A very rushed process. The logbook should have been sorted out weeks before. This was further impacted in that I had travelled with my wife from Cornwall to collect the car. Had I have know this would have happen I would not have purchased the new Audi and kept my Q7. A very disappointing process which I hope Audi can offer something to compensate me.
