I was happy with the service at Birchwood Kia Eastbourne because your team lead by Adam Saiet and your finance manager were enthusiastic Kia professionals. Adam in particular was most helpful, showing me the benefits of the car along with a test drive. I was very impressed with his knowledge on the Kia product including which engine is best and why. Adam is a highly polished professional who epitomises the Kia brand.

I had a great experience at Birchwood Kia Eastbourne because nothing was too much trouble and I was not made to feel stupid by asking questions that might have seemed irrelevant but were important to me. The whole process from start to finish was easy. The car was delivered to me and my old car used as part exchange was taken away to save me driving for the first time on unfamiliar roads.

My experience at Birchwood Kia Eastbourne could have been better because the car I bought was a Kia Sportage GT line my wife trying the passenger seat for the first time found it very low, I said no problem when we stop I will pump it up as she felt she was sitting on the floor, to my amazement there was no height adjustment on the passenger seat which I did not check before buying, I phoned the dealers and they said they would get back to me on Monday (tomorrow) this is not a budget priced car and I would expect this as standard, if this cannot be resolved I would want to return the car as my wife will not travel in it. Could I have your comments please (urgently)
