My experience at West Way Nissan Southampton was stress free thanks to the whole team who were very friendly and helpful.

Car salesman I was dealing with left suddenly, nobody contacted me. Car was delayed repeatedly getting to me. When car arrived it had damage that I had not been made aware of, and had 2000 miles more on the clock than it had been sold as. Trying to get hold of someone to fix these issues has been like pulling teeth. Am planning to contact trading standards if not rectified very soon. Will never deal with again.

The sales contract was incorrect and I had to explain why before it was corrected.
