The experience at Wessex Garages Nissan Bristol was fantastic because Abi was very friendly and approachable, she wasn't pushy, and was happy to take me on test drives and get familiar with the car. There was a bit of a delay on the handover day, and Abi very kindly dropped me to the mall shopping centre whilst I was waiting. Since owning the car I had a slight issue with the charging security lock getting stuck in place. I rang wessex garages, and Abu spoke to a technician who gave me step by step instructions over the phone to solve this issue, meaning there was no need to take the car to the garage and potentially wait for it to be "fixed" as it was something they could guide me in over the phone, which was brilliant. Once again, Abi was extremely polite, bubbly and helpful, and overall I am really happy with the service I've received from this garage.

My experience at Wessex Garages Nissan Bristol could have been better because I went to pick up my car at the time I had agreed, and nothing had been sorted. I was told the earliest I would get my car was on the Monday (this was on the Friday) which effectifvely left me without a vehicle as I had already cancelled my insurance. Very poor customer service and contact
