Hopeless salesman, test drove a red car on saturday, wife then decided she wanted a blue car on forecourt same model but different spec, he couldnt be bothered to get the keys to that one and said they are all the same. signed to buy blue car and was told the bank details would be forwarded to pay the £100 deposit. Not given any paperwork. on Wednesday hadnt heard so i called in salesman not in but was given bank details for the deposit. rang the next day 4 times, 3 times the phone was answered then put straight back down without speaking.spoke to another salesman at 2pm was told my salesman would ring back, at 5.30 he rang and asked me to call in to the branch on friday to finalise paperwork. still didnt know the reg of the car i was buying. looked on the website and saw an identical car had been reduced by £800, so i said i wanted that one or mine reduced to the same price. was told that was part of a promotional and had already been sold. it was still on the website and i could have reserved it fo £99. Was so unhappy that i searched the internet and found a better car. Walked away from this deal.
