My experience at Wessex Garages Nissan Gloucester could have been better because the sales staff spent significant time explaining finance when we stated we were not interested in this. The test drive nothing was explained about the car. When we turned up to collect the car at the time advised it took at hour to be seen. The car had not been prepared or cleaned and still had stickers in the window. Previous keepers details were kept in the car’s system and nav. No handover of the vehicle was made.
