I would not recommend Wessex Garages Nissan Cardiff because
1. I have no clue who Ocean Webber is!
2. I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks. Removing private plates, waiting for V5 for old car. Paying for the vehicle, waiting for delivery - being asked for proof of insurance! So I had to swap my insurance to the registration on the car - cost to me - wait for certificate of insurance, I had to contact them because it wasn't emailed to me. Wanted me to wait another week for delivery. Told him I'd rather have my money back - then car was arranged to be dropped off on the Friday! Only on that Friday lunchtime was the vehicle put in my name - another week for the new V5.
V5 arrived last Saturday morning - only then could I put my private plates back on - and change insurance again - cost to me!
In all the time that we have bought cars - and my husband and I have had a car each over the years AND with private plates being swapped over - I have never, in my life, had such a bad experience!! I would definitely not want to put anybody else through that! I found the whole 3wks very stressful. I am disabled so my independence, what's left of it, is very important to me. I bought the car because I needed something that would suit my needs. Bigger boot for my electric wheelchair/rolator and my electric scooter. Hands free opening and closing boot - electric heated and massage seats for my lumbar spine condition and arthritis, heated steering wheel for the arthritis in my hands.
So independence is very important to myself and being without any means of going anywhere on my own was extremely frustrating. I've had to give up alot of my independence because of my complex needs, but I was not expecting to have to go without a car for three weeks!
