The experience at Wessex Garages Newport was fantastic because from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. We had seen an advert for a part exchange car they had at their showroom. Whilst we were waiting for the keys for the Volvo XC40 Mo showed us a Red Kia Sportage after carefully listening to what sort of car we were looking for. He explained in depth all about the Sportage and we were pleasantly surprised at all the extras that came as standard on the GT model. My previous car was a Mercedes E Class Convertible and previous to that a Landrover Discovery so I wanted a mix of the two. Something higher up than the sports car but also something that could move quickly when needed and an automatic with heated leather seats. After arranging a test drive with Mo the next day we eagerly turned up to compare the Volvo we had originally turned up to view and the Kia Sportage GT Line. Mo was so patient with us and did not put any pressure on me or rush me at all as I really could not make up my mind but after I took them both for a text drive with my husband and daughter we all agreed that the Sportage had just that bit more to it. During our time at Kia, Newport Mo was knowledgeable, patient and understanding and I cant recommend him enough. I have even been telling everyone that asks me about Kia, Newport how great my experience was with both Mo and Craig in finance. After having dealt with Landrover/Jaguar and Mercedes in the passed it was an absolute pleasure and non judgemental experience and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
