I'd recommend Waylands Oxford because we found the whole experience of sourcing our new car very straightforward and pleasant. Megan Stone was our sales person and she was great. Very patient and tolerant of all our queries and questions and spent a good deal of time with us at the hand over to ensure we had all we needed. All her colleagues were really good too. Happy to help and informative when Megan wasn’t around. Overall a good experience and if we lived closer we would use Waylands Oxford for servicing but Wycombe is easier to get to for us.

The experience at Waylands Oxford was great because it was friendly with very good communication skills both in talking and discussing the purchase as well as the documentation on-line which was easy to navigate and quick responses if I had any questions. The show rooms have a nice light and open atmosphere with tea and coffee available etc. And nice clean toilets! I was very impressed with the saleswoman, she tuned into my requirements and responded to my requests so quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner.
