My experience at Waylands Swindon could have been better because the Salesperson appeared to be learning on the job and, although she was polite and apologetic, the process took an extended amount of time. Perhaps because she was not familiar with the processes the paperwork was not completed correctly and the transfer of ownership was not completed at all. I had no follow up call and I had to call the dealership 2 weeks later to get the transfer completed. I spoke to Martin who did rectify the situation. We did meet the manager at the end of the process, but he didn’t add anything to our experience only delayed it further. Call me old fashioned, but for most people, a car is the second most expensive thing they might buy so it should feel special. Our experience wasn’t particularly special at all, unlike our experience at other dealerships.
