I'd endorse Waylands Newbury because I was approached on the forecourt whilst looking at sale cars by Mr Adrian Illman. He invited me inside the showroom where he listened carefully to my vehicle requirements. There was no suitable car located at Newbury but Adrian found 3 potential vehicles of interest at the Oxford branch. I studied the printed details given to me by Adrian and chose one of particular interest. Adrian then arranged to have this car delivered to Newbury where I subsequently viewed and purchased it. The service provided by Adrian and his understanding and attention to my car-buying requirements were of the highest order.
