Had a brilliant experience with Waylands Newbury. From beginning to end the team was super helpful. I ended up with an excellent preowned V90 which I’m really happy with. The whole purchase process was super easy and the car delivered to my house after a couple of days.

The whole buying experience has been let down by not getting a instruction book to explain the functions on the car and also that I am still waiting for the rear black badges - more than 2 weeks after I got the car. I have to constantly chase when the badges will arrive instead of Waylands contacting me. The badges are the main reason for the slightly negative review.
