I recently collected my new MG through the Motability Scheme and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.
The team were friendly, helpful and treated us with the same level of care and attention as any other customer, despite us not being cash buyers. They made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way.
We were also lucky that the exact car we wanted was already on the forecourt, which meant we were able to collect it within a week. The turnaround was much quicker than we expected.

I would recommend Waylands MG Newbury, especially if you can deal with the salesperson Ian. He was all that you hope for in a salesperson, he was knowledgeable and made you feel relaxed and respected. During the sale all questions and issues raised were addressed. He kept in touch and delivered on everything he said the garage would do at the time he said they would, before handover of the car.
