Waylands Kia Reading were helpful because they explained the details of the various cars but did not put any pressure on a purchase. They explained some of the finer details of differences between the Stonic, Nero, and Sportage (beyond the obvious), and were very considerate and open to all questions during the process. They explained the paperwork and processes (they get more in-depth each purchase) and walked me through any points I raised. I discovered a minor issue regarding the MOT but they contacted me with the same information and proposed remedial actions before I could contact them. The sales people ((sales person and manager - i don't think Trust Pilot allows names) were extremely helpful throughout. Have recommended the same office to my son who is looking for his first car.

My experience at Waylands Kia Reading was positive because the whole experience was exceptional - Ken is a great guy and I would highly recommend both Kia Reading and Ken individually.

I would not recommend Waylands Kia Reading because we were happy with salesman Ken Patrick initially he was approachable and not in your face which we personally really like. On the day of collection the paperwork was all wrong with incorrect address for ourselves for a property that we lived in 3 years previously bearing in mind we had our car serviced and repaired by Waylands Reading within that three years we had even had a lone car from them. Also within the paperwork was someone else’s that had bought a car the previous day personal details name address and email. This was all sorted out the next day by the sales manager Paul Skuse. When we drove away my grandson pointed out to me that there was someone else’s details name address in the love box along with a parking fine notification they had received. This was very bad practice from the valet team and the salesman who should also have checked that the car was clean and prepared for us.
