I was very satisfied with my purchase at the time and am still happy with the vehicle and the condition that I received it in. The main issue revolves around the promise of being sent the service book as it was still being completed when I was there collecting my car. Multiple weeks have now passed and I have had to chase Ken multiple times but I am yet to even receive a response to one my emails. It is for this reason that I could not currently recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.
I was happy with the service at Waylands Kia Reading because madison is explained everything, wasn’t pushy and spoke to me in ways I would understand/needed (given im not that into cars!) her approach was knowledgable, friendly and professional
