Fin was a really great sales guy. Knew the exact car we wanted due to our situation. The car was clean and valet when we collected it. There was also a scratch which I explained before test driving it and they fixed it, so look new and they even left about a quarter fuel. He explained the controls before I drove it away and also gave us 1 Years Warranty and Roadside assist.
We were so surprised how well looked after it was.
He even spoke to our little boy and was really friendly and really approachable.
We did have a couple of faults. Where the Rear windscreen Wiper blade motor had failed, but called up Kia and took it down and they ordered the part and booked sot in for the next week to fit.
During that week we went on a longer journey and the Emissiona light came on. I contacted Kia and they booked it in to look at when fitting the Wiper motor.
We took it down to have the motor fitted and also the fault looked at, which was a spark plug. Which they fitted and the car is working completely fine.
Would definitely use them again.
