Chloe was very personable and patient whilst I worked through my preferences, answering questions clearly where I had concerns or misconceptions.
This dealership always gives a great personal service whether that be for sales, service, MOT, general maintenance or any other reason, which makes me feel valued and not just a conveyor belt customer.

I'd definitely recommend Waylands Kia Bicester to friends and family because I have bought a few cars from Waylands Bicester and it has always been a positive experience. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Coffee is always available (and hot chocolate). The showroom is comfortable and the cars have been great, and we will use Waylands again.

I would not recommend Waylands Kia Bicester because when I attended to purchase the vehicle the interior condition was damaged and poor despite it bearing at the dealership for two weeks. Having agreed to make repairs before delivery, it was delivered without the repair being carried out. It’s become apparent that the vehicle has a software fault I’m now trying to get resolved.
