I'd definitely recommend Waylands Kia Bicester because I recently purchased a car from Kia and had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was especially nice to deal with a female salesperson (Chloe) who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.
The test drive experience was smooth and gave me a great feel for the car, helping me feel confident in my decision. I absolutely love my new little car—it’s so much more practical for my needs and significantly cheaper to run, which is a huge bonus.

I was pleased with Waylands Kia Bicester and would recommend them because Tony was great throughout the process. He was approachable and friendly, and explained the process throughout
My experience at Waylands Kia Bicester could have been better because after paying for the car getting it in for service before delivery seemed problematic and took 3 days. I then had to wait for it to have a full valet before delivery. This also caused problems and the salesman had to do a valet himself. Delivery was fine with a very polite driver. Ten days later, after checking with the DVLA, I find that the V5 changes have not been submitted online yet by Waylands. A phone call this morning and message left to chase up but no response. Trying email now and hoping that someone will let me know what is going on.
I am not very happy with the overall experience which I am now finding rather disappointing.
The experience at Waylands Kia Bicester was good because the seller contacted me and look for various options that completed my needs
