Waylands Bristol staff were good because they gave options as we looked at a nearly new option initially & we ended up with a new car as 0% apr. They also stated the additional options but no real hard sell.
Never driven an automatic before & very "gentle" test drive for me as a little nervous.
Great professional service from Arry. Easy to deal with throughout the process of replacing our old V70. Quick response to emails and queries prior to and post purchase and excellent product knowledge.
I'd recommend Waylands Bristol to a friend because they are super helpful, professional. They go the extra mile(that is a pun by the way!) lovely showroom, deliver what they promise. I will buy future cars from them with Andy.

Waylands Bristol were great because the level of customer service received was second to none! The most honest, non pushy sales person but you could see just how much Arry knew about the cars and brand and how passionate he was about it too.

I would not recommend Waylands Bristol because work that was promised and agreed to be done to the vehicle wasn't carried out before pick up, they then attempted to gaslight me that the amount of damage was appropriate for a 3 year old approved used car before my suggestion of unwinding the deal prompted them to again offer the previously agreed repair.
Was offered repair within 3 weeks but that has now seemingly turned into 5 weeks.
