Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of Ben Smith who sold me the car. tbh Ben was a breath of fresh air . he deserves a raise and / or promoting. If there was ever someone you need to take an example of for your staff moving forward, just bottle Ben. he was brilliant with communication, knowledge and also had a level of wit which is what all staff members need.

Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were helpful because the staff were first rate. I had a test drive of the vehicle a trade in on my own vehicle was agreed. The sale was then completed the same day. I drove home in my new van. This was perfect for me as I do not live locally to the dealership. I highly recommend this agency.
