Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were helpful because, right van at the right price. Darren looked after us very well. Very knowledgable about the van and able to answer all our questions/guide us through the purchase. He even came in on his day off to manage the handover and spent around 2 hours giving us an overview of the vans functions etc.
I had a great experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham because the sales staff were very helpful and the showroom environment was a relaxing space while we awaited the preparation of our new vehicle.
I would not recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham because focus is on sales rather than customer service - would like to see a balance between the two. Very defensive when querying points, both before purchase (e.g. on exactly what we were signing for (there were errors in the form) as well as after purchase.

Fantastic support in supplying 3 x vans at such short notice. Excellent customer care from Jay and Dave. Will definitely use Swansway Birmingham for our next pruchase.
I would not recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham. The salesman I dealt with, Max, didn’t listen to any of my requests and even laughed when I suggested a full tank of fuel after paying full price.
For collection, he arranged to meet me for the handover at 11am, but he was with another customer until 12, when his manager had to step in so I could finally collect the vehicle.
The vehicle’s battery then died within 24 hours of arriving home, and I’ve had to buy a replacement at a cost of £130. It was also supplied unfinished, with panels missing from the inside rear, which I was not told about at collection.
I have since been unable to get hold of Dave, the manager, who told me to contact him personally if I needed any further assistance.
It’s a lovely vehicle, but this was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had buying one.
At one point I spoke to Jane, who was very helpful, and I would happily buy a vehicle from her. It’s a shame she wasn’t involved in this purchase.
