I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Skipton because there were lots of issues with the car (scuffs on wheel arches inside the car, scuffs on boot lid, really bad scratches on drivers side door sill, condensation in rear brake light which caused it to stop working, strong smell of cigarettes, burn holes in both sides of carpet at the front of the car) after I brought it home, one of the major ones before we collected it was the smell of cigarettes. This was solved when I collected it but quickly came back. I rejected the vehicle after 9 days, the sales person and sales manager used tough tactics to try for me to keep the car (and I felt backed into a corner when I wanted the car I had traded in back) and get it repaired, or have an exchange, too many issues with it (scuffs over back wheel arches, scuffs on boot lid, really scratched drivers door sill, condensation in rear brake light which caused it to stop working), and the experience of buying the car became tainted. Due to how I had been treated it made me determined not to buy another car from them.

I had a great experience at Vertu Volkswagen Skipton because Spencer although fairly new to the dealership was very professional and I could tell he was all about customer experience.
