The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds was great because Nothing was too much trouble for Helen from first looking at the car, taking a test drive, dealing with the paperwork to purchasing the car. Helen arranged for me to have the car 3 days after completing the paperwork. She kept ne informed via telephone and Email. On the day of collection I was put at ease and talked through how everything worked all the controls and dashboard display A fabulous service all round
